Big things are happening in Marie's yoga world -- here's a short one to catch you up.
Two weeks ago, I received my RYT200 certification and am now OFFICIALLY certified to teach yoga.
A year ago, this was only a dream. Something I wanted to do to deepen my practice, get to know yoga on a more spiritual level, and maybe one day share it with other people.
I couldn't wait anymore for the "right time." I wasn't going to be all talk. I wasn't going to let yoga teaching be one of those "I wish I had done it" scenarios. I didn't want to say, "One day, I'll do it. One day I'll get my certification. One day I'll become a yoga instructor."
Friends, that day has officially come! I'm teaching hot yoga at Body Balance by Physioflow in Williamsburg, VA on Sundays at 5 pm!
I've been doing work since graduation. I got myself some liability insurance, got certified on Yoga Alliance, made a profile (see it here!), made a playlist, wrote my bio...I don't mess around.
"One day" turned into today. One day become more than a thought, a dream, an ambition. It became reality.
Before I end my quick little update, I want to leave you with this question: What goals are you trying to turn into a reality?
